Your dog deserves loving, professional care while you are away. Whether you have a puppy, an active teen, or a stately senior, we at the Red Fern are committed to providing expert care to all lodging guests.

Our overnight lodging packages are designed to create the perfect, well-balanced vacation based on your dog’s unique characteristics, disposition, preferences, and your wishes. Each package includes: Comfy Cabin accommodation, sanitized food & water bowl, potty breaks, daily wellness check, housekeeping. and our Healthy Pet Program.

GROUP PLAY PACKAGES

Our Group Play Packages are designed for pups who love to play with others! These packages offer monitored play sessions by our trained and experienced staff. A Meet & Greet is required for Group Play Packages to ensure it is the right fit for your pup!

Group Play packages start at $52/day.

ENRICHMENT PACKAGES

We value the unique characteristics of each pet and have designed lodging packages tailored to meet the unique characteristics and natural instincts of each dog. Our Enrichment Lodging Packages offer one-on-one, personalized enrichment sessions with a member of our pet care team, doing whatever your dog enjoys most!

Enrichment Packages start at $60/day.

Lodging Requirements

Requirements

We currently accept all breeds of dogs - exclusions may apply based on temperament.

1. Must be at least 6 months old.

2. Must be spayed/neutered to be in group play. We do not accept intact females in heat.

3. Must be current on and provide records for rabies, 6-month bordetella, & distemper/parvovirus. We highly recommend an influenza vaccination.

Reservations

Reservations are required for our lodging guests. We are usually able accommodate same day reservations in non-peak times, however it is best to make lodging reservations ahead of time to guarantee a spot. For summer weekends, we recommend reserving 1 month in advance. For major and minor peak days, (i.e. Spring Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) we recommend reserving at least 3 months in advance - see below for more peak time information.

Check In & Check Out Times

Check In: Please check in before 3pm Monday-Saturday for lodging.

Check Out: Our lodging packages are charged per day except for the last day of the reservation. On the last day, you will only be charged for the services your pup receives:

Check out prior to 11am: $10

Check out between 11am-3pm: 50% of lodging package

Check out after 3pm: 100% of lodging package

We are open from 10am-5pm on Sundays for check outs only.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for a full refund during non-peak times. Please see below for peak time cancellation policy.

Extended Stay & Multi-Dog Discounts

A 10% discount is available for extended stays of 10 days or more.

A multi-dog discount is applied to any additional family dog.

Peak Times Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Minor Peak Times (2-night minimum): Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, New Years Eve & Day

Major Peak Times (3-night minimum): Spring Break, July 4th Weekend, Thanksgiving Break and Christmas Eve & Day.

Peak Time reservations require a $100 deposit at the time you make your reservation.

A cancellation notice is required at least 1 week in advance of the start of the reservation for a full deposit refund.

All lodging pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. An NSF charge of $35 applies to returned checks.
