Group Play Lodging
Our Group Play Lodging packages provide a safe and engaging environment where dogs can interact and play with canine friends that share similar dispositions and playstyles, all under the supervision of our highly trained and loving pet care team. Each day includes two private walk-outs, fun and stimulating play sessions, a comfortable overnight accommodation, and personalized care to ensure your dog has a fun and fulfilling stay with us.
Private Play Lodging
Our Private Play Lodging packages are perfect for dogs that thrive on individual attention and tailored activities. These packages offer private play sessions and one-on-one enrichment activities to stimulate your dog's mind and body. We provide the ideal environment for dogs who prefer solo adventures!
Puppy Lodging
Our Puppy Lodging package is specially designed to cater to the unique needs of your young dog. Puppies enjoy age-appropriate activities, gentle playtime, and regular potty breaks to help you keep up with their training. This package is the first step in giving your puppy positive and enriching experiences to set them up for future success.
Companion Care Lodging
Our Companion Care Lodging package provides a calm and comfortable environment with experiences tailored to dogs with special needs or age-related health issues. This package includes a comfortable accommodation and gentle daily exercise with extra monitoring and companionship for your dog’s health and wellness.

We book up for holidays 2-3 months in advance. We typically keep our wait-list open so if we are booked for the dates you need, give our Reservation Specialist a call at (352) 355-4310 to get on the wait-list as soon as possible.

Dog Lodging Essentials
What You Need to Know
Requirements
We currently accept all breeds of dogs - exclusions may apply based on temperament.
- Must be at least 4 months old.
- Must be spayed/neutered to be in group play. We do not accept intact females in heat.
- Must be current on and provide licensed Veterinarian records for rabies, bordetella (bi-annual booster recommended), & distemper/parvovirus. We highly recommend the canine influenza vaccination. Titer testing is not accepted as a replacement for required vaccinations.
Reservations
Advance reservations are required for our lodging guests. We are usually able to accommodate same-day reservations in non-peak times, however for summer vacation months and peak holidays (i.e. Spring Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.), it is best to make lodging reservations far enough in advance to secure your desired accommodations.

Check In & Check Out Times
Check In: Please check in before 3pm Monday-Saturday for lodging. This allows time for your pup to expend some energy through play time and get acclimated to our team and the environment before bedtime.
Check Out: Our lodging packages are charged per day except for the last day of the reservation. On the last day, you will only be charged for the services your pup receives:
Check out prior to 11am: $10
Check out between 11am-3pm: 50% of lodging package
Check out after 3pm: 100% of lodging package
We are open from 10am-5pm on Sundays for checkouts only.
Extended Stay & Multi-Dog Discounts
A 10% discount is applied to extended stays of 10 days or more.
A 15% multi-dog discount is applied to families of 2 dogs or more.
Peak Times Deposit, Cancellation Policy, & Rates
Minor Peak Times: Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, New Years Eve & Day. A two-night minimum and a $100 deposit is required. A cancellation notice is required at least 1 week in advance of the start of the reservation for a full deposit refund.
Major Peak Times: Spring Break, July 4th Weekend, Thanksgiving Break and Christmas Eve & Day. A three-night minimum and a $100 deposit is required. A cancellation notice is required at least 1 week in advance of the start of the reservation for a full deposit refund.
All lodging pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. An NSF charge of $35 applies to returned checks.
